Started the day with a puncture. John W helped me change the wheel (i.e. he changed it for me) and we made it down to Inverness (where if I hadn't taken a wrong turn we would have missed the castle in this picture) facing rain and a headwind. Fortunately, by the time we reached Inverness the rain had stopped and the wind was behind us and we fair tonked it over to Elgin. Finished the day at a great Italian restaurant - all in all, a pretty fine day.

Hi David,
You are nearly into your last week! I think we are in need of seeing a picture of your developed muscels in your legs!!Or just a picture of yourself, as I am sure you are all weathered!!! You really are doing a great thing. Hope you get to spend some time with Shem on his birthday!!!
